Each entry and exit point, apartment blocks, and villa areas will be guarded by well-trained security personnel round the clock. This includes:- Main Gate Security: 24/7 guards, visitor monitoring, and vehicle checks.
- Perimeter Security: CCTV surveillance at strategic points, patrolling guards, and motion sensors.
- Villa Security: Individual villa security, with gates and surveillance cameras.
Access Control Systems
- MyGate or Equivalent Security App: Residents and guests can use a smart entry system like MyGate for secure, seamless entry and exit. The app manages guest entry with pre-approval, tracks deliveries, and offers digital gate passes.
- RFID Tags: Vehicles of residents will be equipped with RFID tags for automatic entry.
- Biometric and Smart Card Access: For clubhouses, gyms, and other amenity areas, residents can use biometric or smart card access systems for heightened security.
CCTV Surveillance

Technical Staff
- IT and Surveillance Technicians: Responsible for maintaining CCTV systems, access control, and digital infrastructure.
- Fire Safety Team: A dedicated team trained in fire safety protocols, stationed on-site for emergency response.
- Electrical and Maintenance Engineers: A team responsible for maintaining power backup systems, elevators, and common electrical services.
Power Requirements
Electricity Supply
To ensure uninterrupted power, The Prestige City Hyderabad will require:- Dedicated Transformers and Substations: Each apartment tower will be equipped with dedicated transformers and a substation to handle high power loads.
- Power Backup Systems: Diesel generators with sufficient capacity to ensure 100% power backup for all essential services, including elevators, lighting in common areas, and security systems. A backup power system for each apartment will ensure uninterrupted supply during outages.
Energy Management
Smart Energy Meters will be installed for each household, allowing efficient monitoring of energy consumption and reducing waste.
Water Management Systems
Water Storage
- Overhead Tanks & Underground Reservoirs: Each tower and villa block will have underground reservoirs and overhead water tanks for consistent water supply. A capacity of around 500,000 liters will ensure enough storage for uninterrupted water supply.
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP): A dedicated WTP will be in place to treat water, ensuring clean and safe drinking water for residents.
Rainwater Harvesting
To promote sustainability, an advanced rainwater harvesting system will be installed across the property, including:- Collection Pits and Percolation Wells: Designed to collect and store rainwater, helping recharge the groundwater and supplement the water supply during dry seasons.
- Rooftop Harvesting Systems: Water collected from rooftops will be funneled into collection systems, reducing dependency on external water sources.
Sewage and Waste Management
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) A dedicated sewage treatment plant will treat waste water from apartments and villas. Treated water will be used for landscaping and flushing systems, reducing water wastage.
Solid Waste Management
- Segregated Waste Disposal: Proper waste disposal systems for dry, wet, and recyclable waste will be implemented, with regular collection and disposal by trained staff.

Jogging Tracks & Organic Farm The project includes jogging tracks and an organic farm, which require proper irrigation systems. Treated water from the STP will be used for this purpose.
